You must be legally eligible by age or 18 years. Companies & Individuals can take our services as per their needs.

3. User Responsibilities

A. Agreement: We Incyberance strictly use agreements which are signed by clients in order to get our services. It is to stay legal and deliver our clients the best services. The signature can be digitally signed. Kindly comply with our dear clients!!




B. Prohibited Activities: You are prohibited from using our services for any unlawful or illegal purposes, including but not limited to:

• Hacking or attempting to breach our security systems.
• Uploading malicious software or engaging in any activity that may harm our systems or the systems of others.
• Violating the privacy or rights of others.
• Engaging in any fraudulent or deceptive activities.

A. Ownership: All content and materials provided by Incyberance, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other intellectual property, are the property of Incyberance or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Therefore, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.


• By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that Incyberance is not legally responsible for any damages or losses that may result from the use of our services, irrespective of the circumstances.

• Our services may incorporate or recommend third-party products, services, or solutions to enhance your cybersecurity. We explicitly state that Incyberance does not accept legal responsibility for any issues, damages, or losses arising from the use of third-party services, products, or recommendations.


• It is essential for clients to exercise due diligence and assess the suitability and security of any third-party solutions they choose to implement in conjunction with our services.

C. Information Security:

• While we implement reasonable and industry-standard security measures to safeguard your data and information, it's important to recognize that no system is completely immune to potential risks and vulnerabilities.


• Incyberance disclaims legal responsibility for any data breaches, unauthorised access, or other security incidents, emphasising that cybersecurity is an evolving field, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

• By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to this "Disclaimer of Liability" policy and accept that we are not legally responsible for the matters outlined herein.

Incyberance reserves the right to terminate services under the following conditions:

• Unusual Behaviour: If unusual or unauthorised behaviour is detected during the provision of our services, Incyberance may terminate the services and investigate the matter further. In such cases, Incyberance will determine whether any refund is warranted on a case-by-case basis.


• Incomplete Service Requests: In the event that service requests are not completed due to factors within Incyberance's control (such as technical issues or staffing limitations), Incyberance will make all reasonable efforts to complete the service.

Termination by Client:

• Termination Before Commencement: The clients get an opportunity to terminate a contract in certain exceptional scenarios before the commencement of the contract. The terms of termination shall be specific to each contract and be communicated to the clients as required.


• No Termination After Commencement Period: Once the services have commenced, the Client shall not have the right to cancel or terminate this Agreement. The Client shall be responsible for the full payment of fees for the services as outlined in the Agreement.

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
